We are finalizing program for skills development of young entrepreneurs

Within the NGS project, we will implement a program that aims to develop students' entrepreneurial and digital skills. The program that will be attended mainly by secondary schools' students from Liberec and the Technical University of Liberec is almost complete and will be able to start its implementation in the next year. The training program is designed for students from 17 to 29 years of age. As a result, students of different ages will mix together to create their own "business plan" in the field of innovative technologies.

The training program aims to develop the entrepreneurial skills and digital skills of program participants. Those skills will be developed by mentors and lecturers cooperating with the DEX Innovation Centre on a regular weekly basis. Participants will be motivated to develop their own ideas, that they will gradually elaborate and will eventually present them at the final event open to the public. In the case of business skills, program participants will be able to create their business model canvas and will improve their presentation skills. In the case of digital skills, we will focus, e.g. on 3D modelling or simple programming. The aim of both disciplines is to help young people discover their own ideas in the fields of ICT and business and to support them in their development.
