Financial and Administrative Manager

What you will be working on?

  • Communication with an accountant will be your daily bread, as well as collecting documents for accounting, managing invoices including issuing and paying, travel reports, salaries and holidays.

  • Every project we work on needs to be reported every six months. You will prepare these reports in cooperation with project managers

  • You will ensure the complete administrative operation of the office. You will negotiate with our customers and suppliers

  • If necessary, you will administratively support project managers in the implementation of projects or organization of events

How should you look?

  • You speak English and Czech without problems. You will use both languages ​​daily

  • Good computer skills and knowledge of Excel spreadsheets

  • Organized and team player able to help when needed

  • Knowledge of accounting and experience in the field is an advantage
