What you will be working on?
Communication with an accountant will be your daily bread, as well as collecting documents for accounting, managing invoices including issuing and paying, travel reports, salaries and holidays.
Every project we work on needs to be reported every six months. You will prepare these reports in cooperation with project managers
You will ensure the complete administrative operation of the office. You will negotiate with our customers and suppliers
If necessary, you will administratively support project managers in the implementation of projects or organization of events

How should you look?
You speak English and Czech without problems. You will use both languages daily
Good computer skills and knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
Organized and team player able to help when needed
Knowledge of accounting and experience in the field is an advantage
