Invitation: Discussion on Mild Dementia - 25. 11. 2019, Liberec

In the afternoon, on Monday, November 25, we would love to meet you in the Regional Research Library in Liberec, where the event "Discussion on Mild Dementia" is going to take place. You will learn what are its symptoms, or what should you do in case it appears in your family.

The meeting is free of charge and takes place in the Small Hall of the Regional Research Library (4th floor) from 4:00 to 6:00 pm.

After a short introduction, a panel discussion will be held with the participation of four experts on this topic. The hosts are:

  • MUDr. Věra Mikulecká, Department of Aftercare, Regional Hospital Liberec, a.s.
  • Eva Štanclová, Director, REVA o.p.s. (senior services)
  • Mgr. Lucie Ptáčková, Counseling centre for memory disorders at the Regional Hospital in Liberec, a.s.
  • PhDr. Eva Procházková, PhD., Director of the Erwin Böhm Institute

The panel discussion will be moderated by Ing. Michal Stefan, MSc., DEX Innovation Centre. Finally, we will introduce several projects and technology solutions that help people with mild dementia. Among others, innovation funded by EIT Health, the SMART4MD application and the results of its clinical trial in the EU.
