The meeting is part of initiatives to involve target customers and clients in the design of products and services. We engage seniors to create quality and user-friendly products and services for themselves.
What can you expect?
1. We will introduce special tools to guide the cocreation process to help you design a new product or service
2. We will show you 3 pilot projects (2 products and 1 service) that are created through the cocreation process (2x SME pilot, 1x Policy pilot)
3. We will present another initiative that will support the provision of innovative solutions in the home care sector
