How does the co-creation process work?

As part of the project, we create 2 new products and one service through the co-creation process in which important stakeholders are involved. 2 products are developed in cooperation with Mediware and Oscar Senior and one service is developed in cooperation with our partner, ÚSSP4. This creates new products and services that meet the needs of customers, as they are the main provider of feedback and are directly involved in the creation process.

Through various meetings, where we communicate products and services with seniors and their families, with representatives of SMEs, universities, but also with representatives of municipalities and public institutions, we have enough information to design user-friendly products and services.
