On the first day, the partners took part in the NiCE Conference, organised by the German Environment Agency (Umweltbundesamt) within the NiCE project of the Interreg Central Europe Programme. The event offered a great opportunity to connect projects working towards similar goals and to exchange experiences across initiatives.
Within the conference, REUSE2030 organised its own workshop focused on how to better engage industrial stakeholders in circular practices, sharing insights and lessons learned from the project so far. The workshop brought together a diverse group of participants and generated valuable discussions on the main barriers companies face in the circular transition, the key drivers that can unlock action, and the type of support businesses need from cities, regions, and intermediary organisations.
On the second day, the project partners held their transnational meeting to discuss the next steps of the project. The main topic was the development of the Capacity Building Path training programme – its first module is already in preparation and will be available soon.
More information about the project is available on the REUSE2030 website.
The REUSE2030 project is supported by the Interreg Central Europe Programme.
