Project & Fund Management
1. Management of Project Activities
Based on an agreement with you, the client, we will manage selected project activities.
2. Reporting
We will take care of the reporting during the whole project implementation based on inputs received from all project partners.
3. European Commission
DEX IC can take over the communication with the European Commission based on your authorization or participate in your interactions with the European Commission.
4. Content & Financial matters
We assure day-to-day communication with Project Partners & coordination of contentwise and financial matters, including consultations on project modifications.
