Seminar in topic „Financing of innovation through PPI“ took place in Prague

DEX Innovation Centre and Technology Centre AV CR organized seminar in topic “Financing of innovation through PPI” in the framework of the project PPI2Innovate. Seminar took place in premises of Technology Centre AV CR on Wednesday 19th of April. Participants were representatives of public procurers and another stakeholders.

PPI2Innovate project is focused on project procurers at all levels of public administration in Central Europe, with the aim to build regional PPI capacity, change attitude related to PPI and to strengthen links between stakeholders in regional innovation systems and thereby increase using of PPI in Central Europe.

Participants learned about PPI2Innovate Tools for Energy, Health and ICT from Martin Januska (DEX Innovation Centre). At the same time, there was a discussion about the usability of PPI2Innovate Tools in the Czech Republic and about obstacles of using PPI.

Eva Sebronova and Jiri Kotoucek (Technology Centre AV CR) informed participants about PCP and PPI in programme Horizon 2020.

Another important guest was Tana Perglova (Technology Agency of the Czech Republic´s), who talked her knowledge from an evaluation of H2020 projects in the field of PCP and PPI.
