The Live Circular Canvas project has started in Spain!

Project partners have met for the very first time at the project kick-off meeting that took place on 3rd and 4th December 2019 in Denia, Spain. Among others, they set up the principles of cooperation, as well as discussed first steps at the project consortium. 

The winning team from local i-Days in Prague went to Paris!

On November 1st, we organized local EIT Health Innovation Day in Prague. Students have been given the task to design smart glasses for seniors with mild cognitive impairment. The winning team consisting of three young women did an excellent job! They won a trip to Paris to the Winners Event where they had a chance to further work on their idea.

Solutions for people with Mild dementia presented during SMART4MD Roadshow

SMART4MD Roadshow took place in the Czech Republic during October and November 2019. Three events took place in UP21, Prague; CVUT, Prague and Regional Reseach Library in Liberec with goal to raise awareness of public in the challenges of mild dementia and developed SMART4MD platform and its benefits for people with mild dementia, their carers and healthcare professionals.

Students designed health home care product during the EIT Health Innovation Day in Prague

EIT Health Innovation Day took place on Friday, November 1, in the premises of the Czech Technical University, CIIRC in Prague. Almost 40 visitors have attended the Health Innovation event where they learned how to develop and present an innovative product. And in the end, they designed different kinds of smart glasses for seniors.

HoCare results presented during final communication policy event in Nicosia

The Interreg Europe HoCare project’s Final event was successfully organized in Nicosia, Cyprus on Thursday, 3 October 2019. The event, under the title “HoCare High Level Political Dissemination Event” was under the aegis of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Cyprus, Mr. Constantinos Ioannou. In the first part, welcoming speeches were made by Mr. Christos Pittaras, ANEL’s President and Mayor of Latsia, Mrs. Constantia Constantinou representing the Directorate General for European Programs, Coordination and Development, Mr. Ierotheos Papadopoulos, Head of the Representation of the European Commission in Cyprus and Mr. Andreas Xenofontos, Director of the Nursing Services of the Ministry of Health (on behalf of the Minister).

CLC study visit to Oxford for EIT Health InnoStars

CLC Study visit for EIT Health InnoStars currently takes places in Oxford. From 26th to 28th June, OXENTIA hosts a study visit to provide an introduction to Oxford's innovation ecosystem which is renowned for being both forward-looking and for the support that it has provided to innovators from a diversity of backgrounds. 

 

 

Young technological teams have met and competed in Hungary during the closing event of project NewGenerationSkills

NewGenerationSkills Project was supporting interesting ideas and projects. The best participants in the training program were given the opportunity to present their ideas at the final project meeting in Budapest. They competed with the rest of the teams from the participating countries.

3rd PPI2Innovate Days in Hungary

Central Transdanubian Regional Innovation Agency (CTRIA – Lead Partner of the project) in cooperation with project partner - Somogy County Government organized the 3rd PPI2Innovate Days within the PPI2Innovate Interreg Central Europe programme on Tuesday 14th of May, 2019.

Concept of InnoSchool Learning tool discussed with the Advisory Group

On Wednesday, May 22, was organized in European House, Prague, very first Advisory group of InnoSchool project meeting. InnoSchool tackles the need for system change to support weak entrepreneurial culture and low engagement to social innovation and entrepreneurship. The main goals of the meeting were introducing the current state of InnoSchool Learning System (ILS) and getting valuable feedback.
